Ian is a psychologist and consultant with a background spanning clinical practice, leadership, coaching, research, and organisational development. His work focuses on enhancing resilience, performance, and psychological safety in leaders and teams. He helps organisations identify and develop talent, address complex workplace challenges, and build inclusive, high-functioning cultures. Known for his thoughtful and engaging approach, Ian has partnered with leaders across sectors including health, banking, manufacturing, logistics, law enforcement, and defence.
Rheza Tan

Co-Founder
Rheza is a psychologist, coach and consultant with a passion for transforming workplaces and unlocking leadership potential. He has worked with public, private and non-profit healthcare organisations to improve organisational performance, culture and systems of care. In his leadership career, he is an innovator and change champion who guides his team to embracing new ways of working that are effective and efficient. His analytical and thorough approach to organisational problems often leads to effective solutions for complex issues.

Stuart is a business consultant, coach and trainer with deep expertise in business acumen, financial leadership, and organisational performance. He has worked with leading institutions and sectors across government, corporate and not-for-profit settings. Drawing on two decades in senior finance roles for global multinationals, Stuart brings practical insight into complex business environments. He is known for delivering engaging, results-focused programs that build capability and confidence in leaders, boards, and executive teams.
Dilip Balu

Dilip is a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor, and consultant with expertise in trauma, systems, and organisational culture. His background spans child protection, mental health, and the private sector. He supports teams and leaders to shift patterns shaped by stress into opportunities for growth and connection. Known for his relational and systems-informed approach, Dilip has worked across sectors with clinicians, senior leaders, and change agents to foster sustainable, high-trust, and high-performing environments.
